When a supplier's bill arrives, photograph it. Ganak's AI scans the bill and fills products, batch, expiry, quantity and rate into your stock. Inventory management for fertilizer, pesticide and seed shops.

Photograph it, stock is filled in

The AI scans the photo (OCR) and reads the supplier name, GSTIN, invoice number and date, the total, and every product line. Anything it is unsure of is highlighted yellow; you check it and save. The same supplier invoice number cannot be entered twice.

Batches and expiry

Every batch is kept with its own expiry. Near-expiry stock gets a nudge to be sold first, and expired stock is separated from sale.

Low stock and reorder

The app shows what is running low and what to reorder, minus what is already on order, and sends the order to the supplier in one tap.

Purchase register and returns

Every purchase goes into a register for your CA report. Return goods to a supplier and a debit note is made and stock drops by itself.
