What is Ganak?
Ganak is agritech software for fertilizer, pesticide and seed shops: billing and GST, a udhaar (credit) ledger, stock and inventory management, and a direct line to farmers on WhatsApp. A photo of the supplier's bill is scanned by OCR and AI, and products, batches and expiry dates go into your stock.
When a farmer sends a crop photo, AI crop disease and pest detection suggests the likely problem and prepares a draft reply, and the dealer reviews and sends it. Dealers and distributors can also trade with each other: orders and bills between shops. It is made for dealers, retailers and distributors alike.

Questions shopkeepers ask
Is my data safe?
Your records live on servers we control, visible only to your staff and to us for support. We never sell data. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
If I stop paying, do I lose my data?
No. The account becomes read-only, but every sale, credit and stock record stays.
Which language is the app in?
The app is in Hindi today, and you can enter accounts by speaking. Farmers can write or speak to the shop in Hindi, Hinglish or English.
Does the farmer need to install anything?
No. The farmer only uses WhatsApp.
Does the AI reply to farmers on its own?
No. The AI only prepares a draft. You review, change and send it, and you decide dose and price. A photo estimate is guidance, not a replacement for an expert.
What do I need to switch on GST?
Check with your CA before switching GST on. Correct use of legal bills and GST is the shop's responsibility.
