Ganak is a service of NC Agri Solutions: an app for shops to keep sales, credit, stock and purchases, with WhatsApp messaging between a shop and its farmers. By using it you accept these terms.

Fees

The first 30 days are free, then ₹499 per month by UPI or an online payment link. If fees are not paid, the account becomes read-only; your records are not deleted. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your responsibilities

The shop is responsible for its records, bills and the messages it sends to farmers. AI drafts and photo estimates are guidance only, not a substitute for an expert; reviewing them before sending, and deciding dose and price, is the shop's job.

You are responsible for keeping your PIN and account safe, and for correct use of legal bills and GST; check with your CA before switching GST on.

Limits

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last month.

Ending

You may stop using Ganak at any time. We may suspend an account for misuse. For data deletion see the Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
