Refund & Cancellation Policy

This explains when Ganak's fee is refunded and how to cancel the service.

Free trial

The first 30 days are free, so nothing is charged up front.

Monthly fee

The ₹499 fee is for one month of service. Once the month has started the fee is not refunded, but you can stop at any time and nothing further is charged.

Cancellation

Ganak has no auto-renewal and no auto-debit. You pay each month yourself by UPI or a payment link, so there is nothing to cancel: simply do not pay the next month. If you like, email or WhatsApp us and we will close the account for you.

When payment stops, the account becomes read-only and your records are kept.

What we do refund

A duplicate payment, a wrong amount, or a payment after which the service was not activated: we verify and return the money to the original payment method (UPI/bank) within 7 working days. Referral credit is not paid out in cash.
