Ganak is an online software service, so no physical goods are shipped.

How you receive the service

Your account is active as soon as sign-up is complete, and you use the app by logging in at ganaklok.com/dukaan. There is nothing to install and nothing to be posted to you.

After payment

When you pay through the online payment link, your subscription date is extended and shown in the app as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually immediately. If you pay by UPI directly and enter the UTR, we verify it, usually within a day. If the date has not moved after you paid, send the payment UTR/ID by email or WhatsApp.

No delivery charges

The service is digital, so there are no shipping or delivery charges. The only fee is ₹499 a month.
