Shop-to-Shop Trade: Orders and Bills Between Dealers and Distributors

In Ganak dealers and distributors can link up: send an order, accept it, and reconcile bills and credit notes, all in one app, without phone calls and notebooks.

Send an order and follow every step

The app suggests what to reorder (minus what is already on order) and sends the order to a supplier in one tap. A linked supplier sees it in their own app and accepts it (and bills it) or declines with a reason. You see the status until the goods arrive: sent, accepted, received. A regular supplier gets the order on WhatsApp.

Shops linked by a code

Two shops link with a separate link code, different from the login code, so the other shop cannot try your PIN. Only after linking do bills and orders show up on both sides.

Reconcile bills and credit notes

A bill you send appears at the other shop to confirm. If the totals do not match it is held, and either side can dispute it with a note. A credit note can be confirmed only after its bill, and is recorded at the other shop as goods returned.

Accounts for shops and companies

Every supplier, distributor or neighbouring shop gets its own account: what you owe and what you are owed, with its GST number.
